If you ask people who live in Burnley what they think about living in Burnley, the answer will almost always be a resounding “Meh”. The areas that surround the district aren’t great, but if you live closer to the center and happen to be a Knights fan, you’ll find it’s not so bad. There’s a mix of lower and middle class residents and the local utilities tend to be in good shape. Overall, it’s surprisingly safe considering its proximity to Crime Alley, The narrows of Otisburg, and The Bowery.
-
- Has a lot of stereotypical nuclear families that moved there to bring their
-
children up. It’s affordable, in the heart of the city, and reasonably safe, so why not?
-
- Smaller businesses that can’t survive in East Side or Lower Gotham often choose Burnley as their second choice. It’s a good way to market a product to people who can actually afford it.
-
- Tends not to be racially segregated into neighborhoods.
-
- When the Knights are winning big, sometimes you can hear the cheering all the way in Robbinsville.
-
- Known for its… uh… what’s it known for? Go Knights!
