Though Crime Alley is in  a part of Gotham officially called Park Row, very few people are aware of that, preferring its colloquial name. It used to be a perfectly fine neighborhood, but over the years it fell into shadows and became unsafe. 

 

  • -Bruce Wayne's parents, Thomas and Martha Wayne, were shot in a random

  •  alleyway here by a mugger. He would later come back and plant flowers in  the very same location.

  • -The area is often run by gangs.

  • - Leslie Thompkins runs her clinic here. It’s free to those who can’t afford to pay, and as a result, run almost entirely on donations and the good will of the people.
