Veggie Tables is one of Gotham City’s hidden gems. It’s tucked away in Gotham Village and frequented by many of the district’s organic foodies. As both a fresh food shop and a restaurant, they’re met with enough success to continue running even if meat affectionados scoff.

They don’t call themselves a vegan restaurant— they call themselves an excellent restaurant that serves vegan food. They pride themselves on making food that will appeal to anyone, and it just happens to be vegan.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are available every Sunday.
It’s said that their falafel is the best in the city.
They can accommodate gluten-free diets and most allergies.
They don’t use any paper or plastic silverware or napkins.
