For all your fortune-telling needs. H&P, as the regulars call it, is located in Gotham Village in New Town, a small, thriving part of Gotham known for its hippies. The store is run by Madame Xanadu, and it isn’t suggested you go unless you’re willing to hear that your future holds no happiness.

Xanadu claims that she’s not allowed to reveal details about her custumers’ futures to them; she can only advise. She specializes in the use of tarot cards, and is a mystery in and unto herself, greeting customers by name as they walk in.
Somehow, it appears that the store is closed and locked to the average passerby. Only those who truly need guidance are able to enter at any hour of the day (or night). Or maybe thats just a cute tale to add to the show.
H&P also sells herbs, natural remedies, rare texts, things floating in jars, bones of famous people, dangerous artifacts…
The store has a distinct smell of mint-jasmine.
Strangely, Xanadu doesn’t charge people for her tarot readings.
