FALLEN IS GOTHAM: Fallen Sons

This area is the main population and business centre of the city. Populated by clusters of skyscrapers, large businesses and upper-class residential areas. The Southern sections of the district are also known for offering a great view and locations along Millers Harbor. In some places, the river flows right past the buildings giving the area a vague other-worldly feel. Most people over the age of twenty-two seem to wear suits or business attire and carry a briefcase. 

• - Has some of the nicest apartment-style housing in the city.

• - Has the highest population per capita out of any other district.

• - Politicians see this as the area they most have to appeal to.
